Q: What's the difference between SupaFresh DanceFit and Dance Choreo?
A: SupaFresh DanceFit is a pre-choreographed track-by-track Dance Fitness class, where you will be teaching around 12 pre-choreographed tracks per class. SupaFresh Dance Choreo is a specialised choreography Street Dance class for a Fitness environment where you will be teaching one choreography without stopping the music. Please see our concepts page for further information
Q: Where can I teach SupaFresh classes?
A: SupaFresh is in large and small; gyms, studios, health centres, community centres and boutiques worldwide. We do not restrict instructors from teaching SupaFresh anywhere they believe appropriate. It is simple and easy to become a SupaFresh Venue. We DO NOT charge fees for a facility to offer Supafresh!

Q: Are there any prerequisites to undertake a SupaFresh Training?
A: NO! Just the love for Hip Hop and Street Dance! All SupaFresh trainings are open to everyone, even if you do no want to teach but want to further your dance skills and enhance your knowledge. If you plan on becoming an instructor you will need to pass the final examination.
Q: What happens after the training?
A: NO LICENSE FEES - After completing a SupaFresh training you will have SUPA INSTRUCTOR STATUS for 2-years, where you will receive access to our Instructor Library and information. THE LIBRARY will give you all the information and materials you need to plan, launch and promote your classes. Further Choreos are available to purchase on the Choreo Shop with a 20% Instructor Status. To maintain your SUPA INSTRUCTOR STATUS after two years you will need to complete a short refresher training.

Q: Am I required to have other qualifications to teach SupaFresh?
A: SupaFresh is a Dance Fitness specialised certificate and usually an addition to other Fitness training qualifications. Depending on your country, location or teaching facility you may be required to have a general group exercise certificate or other qualification. Please ensure to check with your local guidelines or gym to ensure you meet the requirements to teach.
Q: What support do I receive as a SupaFresh instructor?
A: THE LIBRARY, where you'll have access to choreographies, warm-ups, cool downs and steps, it is the ultimate instructor tool bag. We also have customisable marketing material and all the information you require. to promote and launch your classes. In addition, the SupaFresh team is here for you every step of the way and always just a message a way. We also have available to purchase further Choreographies in our Choreo Shop where all SupaFrehs instructors receiove 20% discount
