Choreographed by Hip Hop and House Dance specialists, you will learn the foundations of these styles, how to GROOVE, BOUNCE and PERFORM simple but fun and energetic choreographies.
Thanks to the SupaFresh method, you’ll do steps such as Running Man and Criss Cross and work on isolations, footwork and different techniques whilst working-out and having fun.
DANCE
SupaFresh transforms Street Dance into an incredibly effective way of working out. We include cardio, high-intensity and toning movements in all our tracks and choreographies, helping to raise your heart rate and burn up to 500 calories in an average 45 minute class.
Get your whole body involved; gain strong legs through the continuous Hip Hop Bounce, strong core through the Body Rock and toned arms without the need of weights.
